Warning System - The Warning System is used solely as punishment. If you receive a warning from an admin or mod, a bar will appear below your username with a percentage. If you do something major, your warning level will appear to be significantly larger than that of a minor offense. If your warning level reaches 100% you will be banned.
I've had a warning level for quite some time, is there any way to get rid of it? - Yes. If your behavior has changed, and you've been doing increasingly well, then an admin or mod will lower it a certain percentage a month, the mod/admin deciding on that percentage. The way to do that is to shoot a mod/admin a PM requesting politely if your warning level may go down. Please note that the admin/mod you PM has a full choice on your behavior, and that you have the option of PMing ANY moderators or admins.
Karma - EDIT: Due to the new proboards update, the karma system has been removed.
Avatars - Avatar size should be 100x100. It just keeps the forum nice and tidy. Here's a template for you to use:
[/li][li] Signatures - Signatures should be no more than 500x115. In your signature you may have an image of the correct size, but also some text. You may have up to 4 lines of text in addition to an image. Here's a template for you to use:
Advertisement
You CAN: Advertise in your signature
Advertise in the correct board (whether it be petz-related or not)
You CAN'T: Advertise via PM. It will not be tolerated whatsoever.
Advertise in the wrong board.
Advertise until you've reached at least 20 posts. In the past we've had countless amounts of problems with advertising as your first post, and it will not be tolerated. If you advertise as one of your first few posts that shows us that your account is only for advertising and that is a big no-no.
Basic Information
- You are entitled to one account - You get to create one account when joining. One. That means, only one per household as well. If, by any chance you break the rules and have your account become disabled and you attempt to create a new one, you will be permanently banned from the forum. Any other attempts at creating an account after you've been banned will result in them simply getting deleted.
No Sharing Accounts - Again, you only get one account, and one per household. No sharing accounts with siblings, or friends. It will only cause confusion if there is more than one person on an account. - We speak English, at CKC petz, and the basic requirement is that you too, are fluent. This just limits confusion among the members here.
- Also, use proper english. I'm sure you all know how to speak it, correct? If so, there's no need for anything like this:

I'm sorry, but it's a pain to attempt to decode what you're trying to tell us. Please, just stick to basic english.
Swearing - According to proboards rules, you must be at least 13 years of age to join a forum. So, I'm going to assume everyone is of age and allow some swearing. Don't get too carried away, however, and if you post something downright offensive, consequences will be served accordingly.Posting Information - Post in the Correct Board - Simple, really. If you have a question about hexing, it goes in the hexing help board. If you're unsure where to place a board, you could either PM a mod, or just use your best guess. Worst comes to worse you put it in the wrong spot, and a moderator will move it for you. Don't let it become a habit, however; too many misplaced boards and you'll get a warning.
- Spamming - Spamming will not be tolerated. It's irritating and nobody appreciates it. If you're found spamming, a mod will PM you with a warning. If it continues after a mod warns you, your account has the possibility of being disabled for a few days. Further spamming offenses lead to a higher warning level, and eventually, banishment.
- Attitude - Your overall attitude on the forum should be friendly. Treat others as you would like to be treated. We understand if you've had a bad day, but just attempt to be friendly to one another and everyone will get along. We aren't going to give out a warning level to you if you're just being grumpy, however, if we get multiple complaints, we will take appropriate actions.
- Double Posting - Double Posting is not allowed, unless you're bumping your thread, or making an update about your website. It just makes the site look cluttered. If we see you double post we'll start off with just a kind reminder not to, but if it continues appropriate actions will be taken.
- Page Limit - In order to keep the forum nice and tidy, we have a page limit. The page limit for our forum is 6. Once a thread reaches 6 pages, a moderator will lock it, and if need be, it can be recreated. For an example: In the Games section, once a thread reaches 6 pages it will be locked, until a new one will take it's place to continue the game. Some boards, such as the Advertising section, do not have a page limit.
- Your First Post - Your first post should be in the Introduction Area. We found that this way it's easier to get to know our members, and it's an easy way to start off at the forum. Besides, if your first post is in the Hexing Requests, or Adoptions, you come off as greedy and it's not a good first impression on people. Please read more about this issue here.
